WELCOME TO RNCC TEENS

RNCC’s Youth Ministry provides a safe and loving place for our next generation of leaders to learn about and grow in their relationship with Christ. We strive to create an environment where youth can encounter God through biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, and ministry involvement. We desire for every teenager to:

empower
jesus-christ
leaders

SUNDAYS

Teens have the opportunity to engage with the same sermons delivered by Dr. Chapman on Sundays. By participating in the adult sanctuary for worship and ministry, they receive an exponential learning experience about the Bible, fostering deeper understanding. This seamless transition prepares them for joining our Young Adults INCROWD ministry once they reach the appropriate age.

WEDNESDAYS

Our Wednesday Night Teens Bible Study is crafted specifically with teenagers in mind. Meet us in the Fellowship Hall every other Wednesday at 7pm. RNCC Teen Bible study, provides teens with tools, strategies, and a meaningful spiritual connection to cultivate a lasting relationship with God. Through group activities, hands-on learning, and lessons centered around the Bible, we empower Teens with practical insights applicable to their daily lives. This comprehensive approach equips and prepares each teen with Bible-based answers and solutions to life’s questions.

MIDDLE SCHOOLERS

We believe students will experience all God has to offer as they connect in life relationships. The relationships developed during 2nd and 4th Wednesday night Bible studies and events will be a source of encouragement, prayer, and support for students throughout the year.

Throughout the year, they will:

  • Discover the teachings of the Gospel through our Switch Curriculum
  • Participate in games, worship, and creative Bible teaching are some of the ways we bring the fun to the Teens Bible Study.
  • Build a foundation of faith by connecting biblical principles to trending life events

HIGH SCHOOLERS

We believe every high school student is on a spiritual journey to discover who they are and why they exist. It is our mission as a team to equip students to walk out their calling today. High school students meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday nights during Bible study.

  • Discuss and determine steps for growth, guidance, and development of teen life
  • Have a seamless transition to prepare them for joining our Young Adults INCROWD ministry once they reach the appropriate age

Monthly Lessons

April

We will be exploring what it takes to get from where we are today to where we want to be in the future. On this journey, we will discover together that the life we want tomorrow is built on the choices we make today. And wisdom is what we need to make those wise choices.

May

The Sex Series, take a strong mentoring and guiding approach with our teens. We don’t want to scold them or simply tell them that impurity is wrong, but teach them how to think concerning sex, dating, and relationships in their life.

June

Throughout this series, we will be contrasting the so-called “wisdom” of our modern world with the words of Jesus. We will discover together that much of what we call “good advice” goes against Jesus’ good news. With Jesus as our guide and His words as our map, we will learn what faithfully following Him really looks like, and how we can share His message of hope and forgiveness with the world.
