Teens want to worship
But many don’t know how to use their gifts—or know where to start.
The LOL Worship Arts Conference is designed to help teens grow in their faith and develop the creative skills they need to lead with confidence.
We give students a place to learn, grow, and worship—together.
What Teens Will Learn at LOL Conference
Teens will choose 3 hands-on workshops to explore their gifts and sharpen their talents.
Faith in Words – Songwriting & Spoken Word
- Habakkuk 2:2: “Write the vision and make it plain.”
- How to use songwriting and spoken word to express faith and inspire others.
Playing as One Band:
Chemistry & Flow
- 1 Corinthians 12:12: “The body is one and has many members.”
- How to cultivate teamwork and spiritual unity among musicians.
Expressing Worship Through
the Arts
(Visual Arts, Dance, Drama)
- Exodus 35:31-32: “He has filled him with the Spirit of God… to make artistic designs.”
- Explore creative ways to glorify God through visual and performing arts.
Leading Worship with Confidence (Vocal Class)
- Psalm 100:2: “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.”
- Develop vocal skills and confidence to lead worship effectively.
Behind-the-Scenes Worship Leadership (Church Production)
- Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
- Understand the importance of church production in worship ministry.
Building Sound for the Kingdom (Music Production)
- Psalm 33:3: “Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.”
- Learn music production techniques to create impactful worship experiences.

7:00 PM – Welcome
7:05 PM – Worship: Focus
7:25 PM – Mime Ministry: BOW
7:35 PM – Worship: WO Worship
8:10 PM – Teaching with Shannon Parker Topic: Worship & Surrender
Followed by Altar Call + Prayer
Saturday – Learn + Lead
9:30 AM – Arrival + Devotional
10:00 AM – Workshop 1
10:50 AM – Workshop 2
11:40 AM – Workshop 3
12:30 PM – Lunch + Fellowship
1:15 PM – Panel Discussion: Leadership. Faith. Growth. Panelists include: Shannon Parker, Gene Hoskins, Sherrod Wood, RNCC Teens, Focus Ministry Leaders
2:00 PM – Worship + Review
2:30 PM – Dismissal
