All natural seasonings such as, but not limited to, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc.

Fresh Fruit

Breads: Including Ezekiel bread and baked goods.

Refined and Processed Food Products: These include but are not limited to artificial flavorings for additives, chemicals, white rice, white flour, and foods that contain artificial preservatives. 

Deep-Fried Foods: Including but not limited to potato chips, french fries, corn chips, etc. 

Beverages: No sugary drinks, carbonated beverages, store-bought juices, or alcohol.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What days are we fasting?

Our 21 Day fast is from January 8-28 (Ends after church on January 28). 

Q: What if my medical condition prohibits me from following the fasting guidelines?

Please contact your physician and make the necessary adjustments for the fast.  We do encourage you to try to follow the guidelines as much as possible with the permission of your physician.

Q: Are we fasting from Social media?

Social media is premitted but we encourage you to monitor and limit your social media engagement during your time of fasting to avoid distractions.  Try to keep your engagement limited to business or inspirational content.  If you feel you need to elimiate social media completely during the 21 day fast, we encourage you to do what’s best for you.

 

Q: Will I be able to view Pastor Chapman's sermons during the fast?

Of course! We encourage you to visit and subscribe to Dr. Chapman’s Youtube Channel to view sermons on your TV or your mobile device.
