Ways to Help
Close to 7 million, a quarter of the Texas population have been impacted by the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.
Thanks to you, we have made direct financial impact by donating to our dedicated Outreach Partner, Samaritan’s Purse. Samaritan’s Purse deployed two disaster relief units from North Carolina on the day the storm hit. They now have five locations in Texas which are designed to come along side of hurting families and homeowners in Jesus’ Name. Samaritan’s Purse Volunteer Teams are cutting trees, tarping roofs and performing mud outs- and they’ll be working for many months to come.
Samaritan’s Purse has sent additional teams to help those hurt in Hurricane Irma’s way. Even now, Samaritan’s Purse is responding in the wake of Hurricane Maria on Puerto and Dominica. A disaster assistance response team and emergency relief supplies have arrived on the island. They will continue until about 1,200 households have heavy duty shelter plastic, blankets, and hygiene kits- along with the hope of the Gospel.
Your support is making a difference. Throughout this month of October, I invite you to continue to be the change we want to see in the world.
